Custom furniture typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. After the consultation, we provide you with an exact timeline.
2. Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Currently, we deliver across Pakistan – Multan, Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and other cities. For international delivery, please contact us on WhatsApp.
3. Can you make furniture in custom dimensions?
Yes. We can create custom dimensions, custom designs, and custom finishes – all tailored to your needs. Simply share your requirements on WhatsApp.
4. What wood types are available?
We work with Oak, Teak, Sheesham, Walnut, and Mahogany. Each wood has its own characteristics – we help you choose the right wood for your needs.
5. Are prices listed on the website?
Currently, prices are shown as “Price on Request” because every piece is custom-made and the price depends on dimensions, wood type, and finish. Contact us on WhatsApp for an exact quote.
6. Do you provide furniture assembly and installation?
Yes. We provide assembly and installation along with delivery. Charges depend on the location and the complexity of the furniture.
7. What is the warranty?
We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects on our furniture. The exact warranty period varies by product. For details, please contact us on WhatsApp.
8. What is the return or exchange policy?
Custom orders are non-returnable as they are specially made for you. Standard items are covered by our return policy – details are available on our Returns Policy page.
9. Do you also provide interior design services?
Yes. We provide complete interior solutions – custom furniture, wall paneling, lighting, and space planning. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss your project.
10. What payment options do you offer?
We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment. For custom orders, an advance payment is usually required.
11. Do you also make office furniture?
Yes. We make executive desks, workstations, conference tables, reception counters, and storage cabinets – everything for the office.
12. Does wooden furniture get damaged in Multan's heat?

13. Do you provide free furniture delivery?
Delivery is free within Multan city. For other cities, delivery charges depend on the location and the order size.
14. Can I order furniture based on my own design?
Absolutely! Share your design, dimensions, and material preferences – we will make furniture accordingly. You can also send reference images.
15. Do you accept bulk orders (hotel, restaurant, office)?
